Our hearts are filled with sorrow because of the loss of Dr. R. Michael Paige. Not only was he one of the preeminent minds in the field of intercultural research, he was also a mentor, a colleague, and a friend. We'd like to share an interview we did with Michael in 2010 as part of our series on experts in the intercultural field. In this wide-ranging interview, you can hear him talk about his personal values, the Peace Corps, his parents, George Washington, and everything he enjoys doing from co-teaching with colleagues to playing the trumpet. Through his smile and passion for intercultural education, it's easy to see he was a gift to the world and will not be forgotten.
