Intercultural Leadership Development is a leadership development process grounded in current and cutting edge theories on developing intercultural leadership skills.

Intercultural Learning Helix is a visual illustration of the learning path you take. The learning occurs over time, in a non-straight manner. It is a helix-like path, that is rich and complex.

Module Menu is a collection of learning units (modules) that are available to you. We will work with you to select a customized set of modules from the menu to meet your unique needs.

Module Providers are the individuals and groups that are experts on specific topics. They are available to provide specialized learning activities, presentations, and other forms of experiences depending on your needs.

Processing Time is the time between module sessions, where you are expected to process your learning through guided reflection. This processing time significantly increases the transfer of your learning into your own life and work context.

Lab Time is the time between module sessions, where you are expected to engage in real-life learning experiences, explorations, and experiments.
